Activate Your LostOwner Tag
Connect a physical LostOwner QR tag to your dog. Once activated, the QR code on the tag will open your dog's LostOwner profile whenever it is scanned.
1Enter the Tag ID printed on your LostOwner tag.
2Add your dog's basic profile information.
3Activate the tag and attach it to your dog's collar.
Sign in first
Sign in to your LostOwner account so this tag can be registered to you.
Verify your email first
Before a physical tag can be permanently registered, please verify the email address on your LostOwner account.

Set Up Your Tag
1 · Your Tag
Enter the ID exactly as printed on the physical tag. Spaces and dashes are ignored.
2 · Your Dog

A clear photo helps a finder confirm they have the right dog. You can also add or change it later.
3 · Contact & Recovery
Your LostOwner account email stays private unless you specifically choose to show it below. Finders can still send you a message through LostOwner even if you show no direct contact information.
4 · Ready
When you activate, this physical tag will be permanently claimed by your LostOwner account and connected to this dog.
